IT Class. Poo.

From Facebook:

I’m in IT Class again. HOHOHOHO.

Mr. Edwards gives me inspiration to blog. Hahahaaa... He’s actually not that bad looking, just very boring, and his voice, oh his voice! Its this monotonous buzz, like BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

I think Mr. Edwards is a Macker. (People who use Mac’s and thinks Windows is the source of all the worldly evils.)

During the the bits where I actually hear some words, its always something to criticize Windows. Lol. But there are many levels of Mackers, there’s what I’d call a Mild Macker- those who prefer it but don’t preach about it, then there’s the Extreme Mackers- obsessively crazy over Apple products, Bill Gates is the synonym of Satan and Windows is a cult brain washing people.

Did you know? Macking is snogging which is pashing and also means making out. Lol. Extreme Mackers.

Poo. I’m supposed to finish some puzzle. I don’t even know which notes to look at.

PS: I have GOT to stop taking horrible photos with random people. They keep posting them on Facebook. Anyone who tags me in the previously stated photos shall be deleted from my friend list!!!

Of Abandoning Babies and The 2nd Week of College...

  I feel heartbroken-ed.

I was driving my dad home from the office and I just dropped Evonne off at her house and was ready to take the turn that leads out to the main road when I spotted this teeny black thing in the middle of the road.

Me and Evonne in the library.

I drove closer and closer and waited for the thing to move out of the way but it didn't. At last minute, my heart wouldn't let me and I braked just in front of the tiny thing. I reversed back and looked at the tiny kitten in front of the car wondering what to do next when I saw a flash of headlights in the rearview mirror.

I didn't have time to think, I got out of the car bare-footed (I drive without shoes on.) and picked the kitten up before the car could reach it. It was so tiny, it fitted in one hand easily, and it was sooooo adorable, it couldn't even "Meow" properly, it went "Miiii~ Miiiii~"

Phil and Calvin during lunch.

I put it at the side of the road, and went back to the car, it followed me! My dad was sleeping in the backseat, I was tempted to put it in the car and bring it home with me. But I have no time to take car of a kitten, and it probably has a mom that will come looking for it.

I picked it up again and put it on the curb. It was heartbreaking to walk away~ Felt like I was abandoning a baby. =C

At Sunway.

College has been alright, but the air-conditioning…

I find it a real waste of electricity and it causes pollution as well. The air-conditioning is always on at full blast, everywhere! I always end up with numb fingers and chattering teeth when I go to the library.

I don't think the excessive air-conditioning is needed. Could do if we could shut it off if we felt cold, but its centralized. =/

Same goes for the classrooms, its either sit in front and freeze, or sit at the back where its warmer but not be able to see a thing.

Effy and Omers Nandos recipe book pyramid.

I kinda get sick of the food too. There's limited choice, and I haven't found anything I particulary liked. I'm just waiting for my brother to go back to Australia so I can use the car again.

We gots Emo jackets~

Me and Evonne again.

Reading Anne Frank.(Those are my school shoes.)

Effy and Arthur barely break five feet.

Me and Evonne's BFF chains.

"If I read a book that impresses me, I have to take myself firmly by the hand, before I mix with other people; otherwise they would think my mind rather queer." - Anne Frank

PS: I have an essay to write on Tobacco advertisements. Poo~

PPS: I've been reading Anne Frank, Diary of a Girl. I think her relationship with her mom really mirrors mine and my moms. Some of her words could have been taken right out of my head.

What a teeny itsy bitsy world...

  It’s a small small world…

  Lalalalala~

Lol. It really is isn’t it?

Re-using random photos from my Photobucket.

My camera cable went missing a few weeks ago. And I’ve been searching high and low for it, I had to borrow Evonne’s cable to keep my blog updated. (One of the few reasons I’ve been updating very little.)

So anyway, I thought maybe I could get a replacement cable online or sometime. Ebay should have sellers selling them at super low prices. I hunted down one on Lowyat and gave him a call.

Me cutting Smelly Fish's hair at school. I miss Smelly Fish. =C

The guy was Chinese, with this super china china accent. I was like SCORE! Coz buying stuff from Chinese guys are super easy, all you have to do is run the “act cute routine” with them, blink lots, have a super china china accent too and they’ll just throw free stuff at you. “Take the extra accessories! Take the free memory cards! Take our dignity! We don’t need those!”

Even a giantress half Amazonian with two left feet like me can do that routine. Men are soooo easy. Especially as it was over the phone and he couldn’t see what I really looked like. Godzilla comes to mind... =/

The guys during Eugene's fifteenth birthday.

I told the guy I wasn’t sure whether the cable would work for my camera, and he was like, “I can give it to you to try, you can just try and then if you want it then you can pay me.” I asked where he did COD, he said he couldn’t because he lives in Cheras. I said “Me too! Around Sungai Long.” (I wasn’t going to tell a complete stranger all my details.)

He went “I work in Sungai Long!”

I said, “Cool, we could meet at the Organic Shop, my mom owns the shop.” (Just so he knows I won’t be alone.)

“Viva Organic issit? I know your mom la!”

Me and Skinny Sandra comparing who's skinnier.

I spluttered down the phone abit. ERLACK. I was doing a flirtie bertie bit with some guy who knows MY MOM. Ew.

So right. Another one of life’s lessons. Don’t flirt with men to get free stuff and discounts, they might know your parents. O.o”

Of College Life, the first week of it anyway...

College is definitely more tiring than high school.

I used to wake up at 6:45am as school was two minutes away. Just wash up and change and I can be in school before 7:15am.

But now, as I'll be in college till night, I have to wake up at five to shower. I need to blow dry my hair completely, because I'll be riding the car throughout the morning traffic jam for one hour with the air-con blowing full blast. I'd get a flu.

The uber cool, Shazza.

The people here are really cool. Its instant clickage, I call it the "Click factor" and they are definitely a ten out of ten.

They're all friendly, loud and opinionated, exactly the kind of people I like. Its not even the end of the week but I feel like I've been with them for ages. (Time really does drag on when you're stuck in a freezing cold hall listening to speeches after speeches.) I spend half my time doodling on everything I see.

This is a scab face. XD The scab on my thigh came off so I drew two eyes and made it a face. Kept me awake throughout all the boring speeches.

Zaf and KingArthur.

The adorable shopaholic, Effy.

I ran out of paper and drew all over Effy's arm instead.

Pool. ;D I really really really suck.

J.co at Sunway.

Zaf, KingArthur, Me, Evonne, Omer.

A really long fry + Andre digging eye shit.

Me and Calvin.

This is Nee, from the Maldives. She does the most convincing Nanny laugh. XD

Omer from Pakistan, Nee and Me.

Sim and The Phil.

Jumping. Lol.

Omer harassing The Phil.

The Phil is too cool for you.

The Phil is definitely too cool for you.

Group photo on the roof. My legs are practically twigs here.

Omer. Lol. He's crazy, he keeps bullying people in the lift.

Michelle got MAC Fafi stickers for me!

I love it when artists and brands do collaboration. I LOVE Fafi, I like her style of drawing, its edgy, hot, the girls are all sexy and aggressive, very youthful and charming to the eye. Its very urban, and exactly like something I'd draw. She did a print called the Fafiness print for LeSportsac too.

Fafi is one of the few artists I actually follow.

During the launch of the brand, they had these girls dress up to look exactly like her illustrations come in and strut their stuff, hang around the booth, take photo's with the people. Its nice seeing her work come to life.

From her website.

I like reading her opinions too, artists have the most colorful words and beautiful thoughts. I like the fact that they can express themselves so freely with words that can create such a striking image in your thoughts.

I heart Michelle. (Who gave me the stickers.)

I have to say I took a bad assumption of her the first time I met her. I was like "Yeah, I know that kinda girl." She's the sporty cute girls that all the guys like to hang around and thinks you're retarded because you prefer high heels over sneakers and like to dress up and wear make up.

But she's so totally not like that. She's really cool and all, she knows everyone from my school and they all seem to confide in her a lot, so I guess she's someone you can really trust. She's really keen on being a good friend not only to me but to everyone else she meets. So I guess, don't judge people by their looks. They could turn out to be so much more than that.

Dandelions.

  Saw this on QianQian's blog:

The one hawt model that i cant live without.

Sheena : God forbid, i don't know what i'd do without you. =) Haha i survived *tuition*history with .. don't know how i did it .. =) i really love your company..its really cool that you have an artistic side of you that would just WANT to draw.. whenever wherever just like me lehh.. =) You would come to me when you have problems sometimes.. and i REALLY did try to help =/ just dwarfed with advices sometimes...things in life may be complicated and cruel, but you will always stand out from the rest .. i don't want you to read too much into them.. what they think about you, its all nonsense.. haha if i'd knew them i would soo bish them.. =) GIMMME THEIR HOUSE ADDRESS...WHATS YOUR PROBLEM EH?. hahahah =) i realise that you're REALLY patient.. sometimes. Hahah =) which is good.. if i were you at many of those stuffy situations.. .dont think i can last long..sure explode.. .you kept saying never mind la.. i kept going wtf wth wtf! Haha.. i sure would miss seeing you every week ..haha Wednesday 3.30 with your big bag , flipflops and a SHEENA attitude =/ haha but i guess taylors aint that far =) and ... i spelt ALICE as ALEX -.- ... sooo wrong... Haha you're my Alice =)

I like that. My SHEENA attitude and purple banana peel flip flops.

PS: There's this project coming up for me that I'm really excited about, "Music Makes the World Go Round" and I have the most fantastically talented people on my team. Its going to be absolutely wicked.

Almost there...

Almost there...

Almost...

Just right... :)

I've never met a gang that was more accepting than them.

It was like, first day at camp, I was determined not to be the one that faded into the background, I wanted to be out there and like, make friends. But I never thought it would happen so easily and fast.

Just like that *snap* I was hanging out with them like I've been friends with them for ages. It's the way they accepted me into their group, no conditions. I'm so corny and sentimental today… Why ah?

Haha. You know what? Thanks guys, you really made my year. And I would abseil down the canyon a hundred times over for you guys.

  Its already 2009.

  I'm almost eighteen, ugh.

Eugene and me during the countdown. We're not going to go to school together anymore. *sniff*

Eve, Chia, Niesha, Evonne, Me, SkinnySandra, Fatty. XD

I don't like growing old. Its something that bothers me very much. I can't run around doing random stuff no more, I can't act like a kid, I have to be serious and start doing stuff with my life. Start thinking ahead, about where I want to be ten years from now.

  Twenty eight. ARGH.

My college starts on the fifth of January, I've registered for Taylors, my campus is the Sunway Mentari one, with Samantha and Edwin, Julian too I think. :)

Meowrr. Mr. Lawrence's cat. Niesha kept grabbing at her so roughly I was afraid she was going to turn around and swipe her.

  My mom totally tricked me.

She made me throw out all my clothes, ala "Out with the old and in with the new."

But its more like "Out with the old." Fullstop.

Now I really have no clothes to wear, and when I went and bought some the other day, she confiscated them and said they were for Chinese New Year. Even though I used my own money.

PS: Stupid PLKN office people won't pick up my phone so I can't scold them for making me wait so long for my letter because I wanna get a blood test so I don't have to go to stupid NS.

PPS: I also need to buy new clothes and hide them from my mom. =.=

Of My Genting Trip with my Schoolmates...

  My internet is slow.

I can't remember it being anything but slow.

Gloria on the haunted train ride. XD

Seriously, when was the last time YOU had fast internet?

We have this way of realizing things only when they're bad. Like when the internet is fast, does anyone ever say "Hey, internet is fast today! Thank you Streamyx!"

I've opened two tabs, one loading Facebook, the other my Hotmail account about ten minutes ago, both are still blank. =.=

I was at Genting two days ago with the gang.

I have so many gangs, I should be more specific. I was with Simon, Michelle, Evonne, Gloria, Jia Liang, Kevin and Eugene, my schoolmates (And girlfriend of schoolmate.)

Me and Kevin at Marrybrown.

We stayed at Genting View Resort with his parents.

Simon's parents are sooo nice. We got like two houses, one house goes for about six hundred bucks a night, but they didn't ask us to pay, not a single cent.

And they kept feeding us, they made fried rice and buttered prawns, then mutton steak, about five rounds of mutton steak. Five rounds of juicy mutton steak, probably the best I've had in ages, I had about three of those. Then Asam Laksa for supper, all cooked by Simon's aunty who is a chef.

Mutton~ *Drools*

Asam laksa.

Jia Liang, Gloria and Eugene.

We were split into two. Simon, Michelle, Jia Liang and Eugene then me, Evonne, Gloria and Kevin. All Simon's gang wanted to do was hang out at the arcade, but I wanted to go on all the rides.

It was too foggy so we decided to hang out in the indoor theme park the first day then the outdoor the next. But we sort of overslept the next day so we didn't go outdoors at all. I was kinda rallied up to go on all the rides.

In line for the Euro Express.

I think this was for bumper cars.

While we were on the ride.

Bumper cars. No handling at all.

It was too crowded. Wasn't fun at all. We had to stand in line for ages for each ride. We stood for about half an hour for the Euro Express and it wasn't even scary. There was so many people, walking was hard. The next time I go, it'll be on a school day.

Gloria was so sleepy she was sleeping on the rides, and by nine she was knocked out on Kevin's bed. (Okay, that sounded very wrong, hands out of pants people.) While the rest of us played cards and walked around outside.

Ugly gondola man.

We look very weirded out.

The whale~

Breakfast, the one on my right is Simon's great aunt.

Group photo before leaving.

Simon's super adorable sister.

Dinner at Kenny Rogers~

My mouth is stuffed.  =X

Kevin took this photo. I like it, reminds me of lady in the water. Evonne is hovering in the background looking like a ghost.

"Cynicism doesn't suit you." He drawled, "You're not intelligent enough to use cynicism creatively."

PS: I find myself thinking too much about the life and death when I'm alone or in bed. It makes for a depressing subject. But I AM bent on being a non-depressed nihilist, at least when it comes to religion.

PPS: Will update tomorrow. Got lots to update about.

Christmas... Whatever...

  *AHHHCHOOO*

Some guy looked at me. O.o"

  *AAAAAHHHHHCHOOOOO*

  More people turned and stared.

"You know what this is?!?!" I yelled waving my fist, "MURPHY'S *%&$*# LAW!!!"

  That's right.

I'm sick. On bloody Christmas day.

Actually, I was sick on Christmas Eve too, and the few days before. It started with the Christmas cards. I worked from morning to night on them, I get engrossed in work easily, especially when it's enjoyable, so I forgot to drink the required daily amount of liquids I guess, and I got a sore throat.

Mess after my Christmas card making.

No biggie. Everyone gets sore throats all the time~

I decided to do a spot of Christmas shopping with the gang. We watched Yesman- good show btw, and hung out around Midvalley. That was when I started to lose my voice.

I thought it was adorable! I could only alternate between a low rumbling tenor or a high pitched squeak. So I sang all the way home with everyone in the car. Ruptured my voice box and lost my voice completely by dinnertime. Perfect!

From all the "Thank you!" messages I received. I'm going to assume that most of you have received my cards. Cept for Sabrina of course, who was holiday-ing in Cambodia I think.

It's not my own idea, but the design is. I googled "Christmas Cards" on Google Image and saw some cool stuff, so I stole their ideas. Enjoy!

Christmas gift from Eugene~ The candy canes, not the necklaces.

Thanks to recession, our generation is going to grow up a bunch of illiterate yobs.

Everything is so expensive, dinner, movie, then I'm strapped for cash to buy books and I'm sooo sick of reading the same books over and over again.

It's PRADA!

Topshop =) I've always wanted one of these...

I'm reading the Life of Pi again. I like the book, very original, very well written, I'm blown away by the language.

"If we, citizens, do not support our artists, then we sacrifice our imagination on the altar of crude reality and we end up believing in nothing and having worthless dreams."- Author's Note, Life of PI.

I can't relate to people without imagination, they have no passion, none at all for anything they're doing. They do things they do because someone made them, not because they like it, or because they want to.

I find it a real waste of talent, if I had half their talent…

Christmas photos.

Big apples~

Heineken.  Shhh...

Indian Poker. Alvin kept cheating.

Boxing on the Wii~

Evonne has a good boyfriend.

Cheating bastard. XD He kept checking his reflection...

Blur. But like I said, I like blur photos. :D Evonne left, me right.

"Today I found your fingertips,

they were stained red from your lips..."

PS: I still haven't finished my Kiwani's article! But I will! Soon. =/

PPS: Note, Sims 2 will kill almost all computers and CPU's. Especially if you try and install all existing expansion packs.

Of Procrastination and the Inabililty to spew crap...

  I hate this.

Give me an hour on Word and I can spew non-stop random crap like some magical crap vomiting being. But give me a set topic and a week and I go *blank*

Me and some of the gang at Red Box, The Curve.

I keep procrastinating and there's so much to blog about.

My new car, KYC camp, karaoke-ing with the gang, my granddad's birthday AND Angel stole a sandwich from this man and it was bloody hilarious at first but now its lost its adorable-ness. So you all will probably never hear about how my adorable dog stole a sandwich from this man who keeps wandering around the house for no apparent reason.

Thats my baby. I was lazy to blur out the number plate so I just used my finger.

The back~ Its in Medalion Grey.

I think he's the carpenter and I see him wandering around the garden almost everyday but I'm not sure what he's doing. He was building the pagoda on the second floor garden but now he's done, but he's still hanging about. =/

Sonel and Sabrina dirrrty dancing~

  I need to go shoe-shopping.

I want some nice proper high heels.

I stopped buying heels ages ago. Like, I used to buy any pair I fancied, until I got up to 40+ heels then my dad wasn't very happy so I went cold-turkey.

  Absolutely. No. Shoes.

Me and Vina. I personally like blurred photos, like clear enough to show the persons expressions but not enough to show the details.

Cept for when I need them of course, haha! Like when I have a party, or going on a holiday. UGG's are effing cheap in China, I know, fake brands are sooo tacky, but when you're talking savings up to four hundred bucks, its really tempting.

I want to design my very own line of shoes one day. I can't stand the local brands, they never go pass three inches. Only the European or American brands like Zara and Guess make the kind of shoes I like- crazy high sexy stilettos. But it often comes with a very big price tag, I want to make sexy shoes affordable and comfortable. I scoff in the face of cheap two inch heels!

I used ISO for this shot. The result: I look like something from Ju-Onn and Qian Qian looks like the Blob.

People like Vivian can wear six inch platforms and no one gives her a second look. But I wear six inch platforms and all the girls are bitchin'… =/

I'm not calling Vivian short or anything, but its so prejudiced!

I always see these petite girls tottering around on four inch heels and no one seems to notice. But I put them on and suddenly everyone is whispering "Hey, check out her ridiculous shoes, vot a bimbo." =/

The whole gang~

But of course~ Sticks and stones may break my bones… but words will hurt forever. O.o"

Kiwani's Youth Camp Photos!

I was trying to carry him. XD

My favorite pboto!

Our day chart.

The drum circle. Very empowering...

G.Y, Me, Freddie, Ken and Aileen in the mail room.

Christian, first thing I said to him was "Did you get braces?" His teeth are like, perfect.

Freddie joining in our discussion circle.

Campfire night! This was Barney as Joker.

The slow dance.

Its a bad shot but I like my legs... =X

Leading the disco dance.

Haha. I like this shot. What perfect timing... XD

Ken posing in Joseph's car.

Innocent Sabrina...

Titans!! Led by the ever-clashing, Keith and Me. We're like brother and sister, bring us together and we argue like mad, pull us apart and we miss each other. For some weird reason, everyone thinks we're together, cause of all the "lovers spat."

Keith and me again.

United Survivors~

Me and Sabrina, a favorite pastime of ours....

Dumbest statement of the week.

"How do you stand going to these public schools?" She says with her usual air of snobbishness. "Nobody goes to them."

She then added with an unsurprising lack of logic "I hear they're terribly overcrowded."

PS: Addicted to the word game on Facebook AND the Sims 2.

PPS: Registered for Taylors today! :D I got a scholarship too~

PPPS: Don't you hate it when people steal photos of your artwork or images from your blog? And you find them strewn all over the internet without the author bothering to credit you, letting other people assume its their artworks? =.=

The recovery...

I believe there are 4 stages to recovering from camp.

Me and KH's nametag...

First there’s the cleansing stage, where you get to use a clean bathroom all to yourself and put your bum on the toilet seat without fear of getting STD’s. You get to wash your face without tadpoles coming out of the tap and wash your hair for as long as you want and just… enjoy the warm water, soaking in it till it’s completely muddy and brown.

Me, Sabby and Aileen all piled up in one bed to camwhore.

Second is the sleeping stage, where exhaustion takes over and you are found sleeping in all possible places. The couch, the garden, the office, on top of the bar counter. I was knocked out for fifteen hours on the couch the day I got home, I just took a bath then went downstairs to watch TV, I fell asleep, woke up and it was morning.

The slow dance during campfire night.

Third is the pigging out stage, where you eat everything and anything you can get your hands on, chips, chocolates, tubs and tubs of ice-creams, marshmallows etc etc. I had a breakfast of bread and chicken floss, then immediately moved on to spaghetti for lunch, and polished everything off with a bag of Famous Amos and a Mars bar.

Singing "Hey Jude"

Finally the last stage, is to get in touch with your former city brat lifestyle. You get the computer all to yourself again and just do nothing but stone and poke people on facebook, use your mobile to gloat “I wasn’t scared at all abseiling three stories down the side of a waterfall.” – I was screaming and screaming hysterically cause I was stuck halfway down and I was too light for the ropes to go through the hook thingy so I dangled there trying not to lose my grip.

Aileen and Ken trying to be sexy. Lol.

In the end camp was fun. I don’t think I’ll blog about it here as I’m in charge of writing the article on the official KYC website so when I’m done I’ll just put a link and link you all there. Bigger update next time. Pinky promise!
